Note – CDLA Earphones shown in the photo were not included in Le 2 Box.

The box contents of the LeEco Le 2 are pretty common, but there are a few things that we must notice. First, the smartphone comes along with a protective case, so you don’t need to buy one separately. Second, since the LeEco Le 2 isn’t equipped with a 3.5 mm headphone jack, the company has given a USB Type-C to 3.5 mm adapter to use your ‘regular’ earphones with the device.

Third, the company hasn’t included earphone, though, they have launched one with USB Type-C and you need to buy it separately.

First Impressions

Using the least possible number of words, the smartphone feels really amazing! The metal finish of the Le 2 makes it look premium and design language has been updated from its previous iteration. Its 5.5-inch screen looks very good and its OS has also been updated to Android 6.0 with LeEco’s custom UI on top.

While using it for some time, it felt quite fast and apps were loading in a jiffy, thanks to the snapdragon 652 and 3 GB of RAM.

Both the cameras have also been improved to take better and sharper pictures in extreme lighting conditions.

In addition to a really quick fingerprint scanner on the back, the device also features infrared sensor and supports Dolby Atmos with CDLA loss-less audio.

It supports 4G LTE along with VoLTE, and its battery capacity is rated at 3000 mAh with support for fast charging as well. During our first impression, the LeEco Le 2 seemed an all-rounder for the given price range, but we will reserve our final verdict till we thoroughly review the device.
